Jay Hicks has served as the SC Beverage Association President for over 25 years.  He serves as the industry’s lobbyist in South Carolina.  Prior to his career with SCBA, he worked for the Banker’s Association in South Carolina and for Senator Strom Thurmond in Washington, D.C.  He received a J.D. and B.S. from the University of South Carolina.

Whitney Klauck serves as the SC Beverage Association’s Legislative Director.  She has been with SCBA since January of 2014.  She received a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina.
